The frequency of planned servicing varies depending on the automation installed, its intended use, how regularly it’s used, and any environmental factors that need to be considered e.g. high wind areas, or areas near the coast. Generally, for systems that have light use, annual servicing will be sufficient however we will advise you accordingly. Access Control
In addition to the standard gate automation, we can also supply and install a variety of access control systems. Having any type of access control is simply down to your requirements and preferences. You can choose to simply operate your gates via a remote control (provided as standard with each installation), or you can have additional access control systems installed. Some of the more popular choices with our clients are listed below.
Free Entry & Exit Loop Systems: The installation of a loop system just below ground which will detect when a vehicle is entering/exiting your property, and command your gate/s to open/close accordingly. This type of system can also be installed with a time clock system, allowing the system to only operate during specified time periods, meaning that you have full control over your gates.
Keypads: Entry or exit keypads can provide a standalone system where your gates can be operated by code-lock.
Audio Intercom Systems: Either hardwired or wireless, we offer a range of audio intercom systems which will allow you to operate your automatic gates, and talk to your visitors, via a handset which is installed inside your property.
Video Intercom Systems: These work in the same way as the audio systems however you will also have the ability to also see who is at your gate!
GSM Intercom Systems: A GSM system will allow you to operate your gate via your mobile phone, meaning that you can have control over your gates wherever you are!
